Changing of Apollolake register

This is Toshihiro Yamaguchi.

My work is DRAM Memory evaluation & analysis.

I change memory timing using Apollolake system and want to observe behavior of LPDDR4.

However I can watch memory register from UEFI, but cannot change it.

Please tell me a register change method.

Unfortunately, this is a register that cannot be changed. My recommendation in your case is to contact your BIOS manufacturer in order to request this.
