Constant Crashes in games

Hello, I have purchased i7 14700K and from the day1 I have been having problems with it, earlier it used to give me error messages like video graphics memory is full. After the BIOS update those crash messages are gone but there are still constant crashes and sometimes my whole pc just restarts on its own too while I play games like Marvel Rivals, PUBG, etc. I have been digging up on net and I think my processor is the faulty one, so I think I should RMA ?

My PC specs are :-
CPU - I7 14700K
GPU - Zotac RTX 3060
Ram - 16X2 Trident z5 7200mhz
Mobo - MSI z790 Tomahawk Max wifi ddr5
PSU - 80+ Gold 850Watts Corsair RM
Cooler - Noctua NH-DH15 Chromax Black

Note- I have checked in BIOS that my settings are intel default.

Here are the specs for my temps while my cpu is during stress test, which is definitely not normal.
