Core i3 shows four "Unknown Device" on XP 64

Why does my Intel Core i3 show four "Unknown Device" instead of the processor cores in Device Manager under Windows XP x64??! I have tried multiple drivers, chipset software, Intel graphics drivers, and reinstalled the OS five times! Where is the driver or INF for this?

What motherboard do you have?

Have you tried updating the BIOS?

Have you tried another OS?
