Did I damage the CPU?

hi i have i9 14900kf

I wanted to do UV with the Intel program even if in the end I think I'll leave it as it is, maybe in the summer.

The only problem is that I inadvertently started optimize power and current limits thinking it would decrease but I don't know why but it increased:
in practice I mean turbo boost power max and turbo boost short power max at 450 watts instead of 253 (but it shouldn't have exceeded 312 according to intel, 280 according to hw info) and iccmax 475a instead of 400a but I don't know where to read it on hw info

then I did some tests where I then realized the fact of the wobbling.
I put everything back as it was, about 1 hour (but not gaming).

Do you think I could have made the omelette? i.e. doing the very thing that intel tried to stop with the patches? I thought that a program on Win was less incidental than the bios but above all the same Intel that puts wrong values:

Hi Aragok,

Thank you for posting in the communities!

To better assist you and determine the most appropriate resolution, could you please provide the needed details listed below.

  • May I know if the processor is working fine before?
  • When you undervolt, do you experience any issues? if yes, can you describe what are those issues?
  • Have you already tried the new Microcode 0x129 or Microcode 0x12B update on your BIOS?

Once we have this information, we will be able to proceed with the next course of action and work towards resolving the issue you are facing.
