Hi,

 

Required: - Way to turn off I2C functionality

 

Way: - Turn off I2C functionality in coffee lake I2C chipset based Serial IO Control driver.

 

Is there any document available on design resource center which details/discuss about I2C host controller driver?

The i2c controllers are documented in the Chipset (PCH) and Processor I/O ​data sheets. Generational data sheets can be accessed from here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/processors/core/core-technical-resources.html.
