Olá, eu queria tirar uma duvida sobre a respeito de uma placa mãe que eu tenho, uma PRIME H310M-E/BR e um Intel Core i7 9700F, eu já tinha essa placa antes de comprar o i7 em uma promoção e ultimamente estou usando ele, porem, tive que desativar o hyperthread dele pois estava causando muito aquecimento e fiquei com medo de estragar a placa mãe, eu sei que o correto seria uma placa mais potente. A temperatura chegava em 70 a 80 graus rapidamente antes de eu desativar o hyperthread e aumentava muito o rpm do cooler box processador enquanto eu jogava, eu pretendia colocar um cooler box melhor mas tenho medo da minha placa mãe não aguentar e não posso comprar outra placa mãe no momento. Estou usando o Cooler Box original da Intel que vem com a caixa.
Pode haver um risco de danificar a placa mãe se eu desativar o hyperthread e colocar um cooler melhor?

Frankly, if you have to resort to disabling hyperthreading or turbo boost, there is something really wrong already. The cooling units provided with the processors are supposed to be sufficient but, obviously, they are not - especially if you are using the cooling unit that came with your Core i5 processor, which definitely CANNOT cool the Core i7.
If you have the money, I would be purchasing a high-end air cooling unit (tower heat-pipe style) or a liquid cooling unit. Liquid Cooling units (even fully contained) are more complicated to install but high-end air cooling units can cost just as much and perhaps still not perform quite as well.
Once you have a solution that can dissipate the heat faster and more efficiently, you will not have to worry about too much heat going down into and possibly damaging the motherboard or its components.
