Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm reaching out to find out the EC firmware of TGL-UP3 RVP to repair it. I need the direct link because I could not find any information from Intel Developer Zone and Resources&Documentation. If it is needed, I can provide the product code of the RVP.
Best regards,
A student

Hi Bicochma,
Thank you for waiting for our update.
The TGL-UP3 was a development platform that Intel made available (similar to an RVP). Here’s the link to the platform pages:
· Tiger Lake UP3: Documents and Datasheets (intel.com)
· Tiger Lake UP3: Software (intel.com)
We look forward to your feedback regarding our post.
Best Regards,

Hi Bicochma,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
To assist you with your inquiry, kindly provide the model of the processor in your customized system.
Alternatively, if your system is running Windows, it would really help us if we can get more information about your system. Please download and run our Intel® System Support Utility from this page. To run it, please press "Scan". After the scan is finished, click next and there will be a save button, giving you an option to save the logs to a text file, please do so and attach the file on your reply. You can refer to How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows* for instructions.
Awaiting your reply.

Dear Scott,
Sorry to disturb you.
I'm an individual developer and a student. I'm using the RVP to do some hardware test. However, I broke the EC while testing the fan. So I need the EC firmware to repair it.
Thank you!

Dear Alfred,
Thank you for your reply.
The processor is QVB6,i7-1185G7 QS. If you need, I could provide the SN of the processor.
I'm willing to provide the system information to you. However, I'm still trying repairing the platform. I will provide the information to you after it is repaired.
Looking for your reply.
