Error:8110: Processor 01 Internal error (IERR)

Everytime I try to boot my computer I get an Error:8110: Processor 01 Internal error (IERR). I have a SE7501BR2 server motherboard. Any help?

This could be caused by many reasons:

It could be BIOS version not supporting the processor, it could also be processor / server board compatibility issue, and it could also be defective processor.

So I would recommend calling Intel server support department so they can assist you troubleshooting the server board.
