Faulty 5820k , Cannot Submit RMA due to intel website error

Hello, i have a faulty 5820k i am trying to warrenty however i get the following url error when trying to submit an RMA , i have tried multiple devices and different connections over multiple days

if an intel employee could reach out to me it would be much appreciated.
