I submitted a RMA request on my i7 13700K and had went through the steps for Standard Warranty Replacement (SWR) and sent in the CPU on Aug 19th, 2024. UPS shows that it is delivered to the address Intel wanted me to send to. Ever since then, I have not heard anything back about if I would get a replacement CPU or not. All I gotten back was a request for me to send the CPU in. I had already sent in the CPU though! I sent Intel an email to Intel on wheather or not they even received the CPU, and they have not replied to me since September 6th, 2024. I understand that Intel is going through a lot right now with the RMA process. But could you at least reply back if you even got the CPU I sent in? A peace of mind would be nice. I also stated that I needed a new CPU quick because the nature of my work requires a PC. They didnt seem to care about that at all. I am utterly disappointed in how Intel handles RMA requests. At this point I am considering a refund instead because I had to buy another one.
