Assuming the bios is correct and current for your board, explain how you activated VT and then get a bsod.

when VT is activated i'm getting every 1 or 2 days a BSOD.

i'm activating VT in the BIOS (enable Intel Virtualization Technology).
then when i'm running the OS, there are sometimes BSODs, like every 1 or 2 days...

Your processor is not the problem. I would look at memory as a possible problem.
