Hello. I purchased an OEM processor Intel Core i7 3632QM 2.2GHz for a laptop. On the processor there is a black trace as from a marker or a trace after soldering . This is normal? OEM processors allows such as this?

Are you saying this was sold as new? Someone is selling 7 year old processors as new?

I would take it back to the place of purchase.

That's someone writing​ on the processor with a magic marker; not unexpected for a used processor -- unless you were expecting a new processor, which this definitely isn't.
