Hello. I want to upgrade my laptop and replace the processor in it with i5-3210m to i7-3720QM. Asus k75vj laptop. Will everything work for me? or may be any problems?

You need to ask ASUS. For a processor upgrade, the upgrade processor must be socket, chipset, and BIOS compatible. Only ASUS can tell you which processors are supported by their BIOS.

 

And, this is only possible if your existing processor is not soldered to the motherboard, which it may be:
