How can I download Intel graphics control panel?

I've already downloaded and updated my driver but when I right-click on my windows screen the graphics control panel isn't showing up. I searched and looked at a lot of tutorials on youtube but none of them have helped my problem.

It can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store in Windows under the name Intel® Graphics Command Center or from this link .
