How much is the cpu temperature when the computer star?

My CPU is Celeron dual core E3300, the cpu temperature is 54°C when the computer star. Is this situation normal ?

How much is the cpu temperature when the computer starts?

Answer: It depends on what the surrounding temperature and your system temperature is.

The cpu temp is 54, when the computer starts, Is this situation normal?
