Hello,
I purchased an i9-9900k from Overclockers.co.uk and received an Intel Starter Pack that does not give me access to all of the software listed in the promotion. I checked with Overclockers and they advised to contact support. I submitted a support form on 31/12/19 but have not received a response. I've tried submitting the form again today with two different browsers and devices but the submission graphic just spins without completing now.
Is there someone I could speak to about this? If the promotion is held up due to quantity issues that OK, I can wait, but I can't even reach anyone who can help. Much appreciated if anyone can assist.

Thank you for responding. Unfortunately I already stated "I submitted a support form on 31/12/19 but have not received a response. I've tried submitting the form again today with two different browsers and devices but the submission graphic just spins without completing now." Is there anything else that can be done? I did already clear my browser cache on both devices prior.
