How to write DIMM_TEMP_THRT_LMT_0 register in Icelake servers

I'm not in company but just graduate student and I'm researching the project with memory bandwidth throttling.

I would like to write a value to the DIMM_TEMP_THRT_LMT_0 register, but I'm not sure how to proceed. Can you please advise me on how to do this?

Furthermore, it is stated that the IMC registers are implemented from 30:12.0 to 30:15.0, but when I run 'lspci' on my server, I do not see the relevant device. I would appreciate it if you could also inform me which device corresponds to the IMC registers.

The image below is a capture of the lscpu and lspci results from my server.
