I have a mini pc with intel apollo celeron processor j3355 I would like to know if it can be configured to auto restart after power failure and how to do that regards michael

If supported, this is configured in the PC's BIOS Settings. Look for parameters related to Power Settings and then specifically for a parameter with a name something like After Power Failure. The typical states supported are Stay Off, Last State and (the one you want) Power On.
