I'm looking for the best configuration to avoid degradation 14600KF

Two months ago, I bought the 14600KF along with the TUF GAMING B760-PLUS WIFI motherboard and DDR5 6000 RAM.
I've read about many issues with processor degradation, but I’m not sure what the perfect configuration would be to maintain stability and avoid any kind of abnormal degradation.

That’s why I would like experts to tell me what settings I should use in the BIOS to achieve this goal, such as lowering voltages, limiting PL1, PL2 power, etc... and other configurations that exist. I currently have the latest version of the BIOS for my Asus motherboard.

Can you help me?

Thx!
