I7 11th gen high temp and crashes

My temp suddenly gone up to 50-60c on idle after the bios update (usually 20-30 since im on aoi) now I cant play a single game without getting the blue screen of death as soon as my temp reaches above 80c. Ive been searching and searching for answers for months. I tried everything i knew from reformat, dis/assembling parts, updating hardware apps, windows update, cleaned the whole unit reapplied the thermal paste and changed the cmos battery but none of that fixed it.

Now, I found this article about the same problem but with 13th/14th gen and I just want to confirm before I do it when I get home from work if this will work with 11th gen as well?

Something else is wrong.  80c is a good temperature.

Have you checked your memory?  Your power supply?

I checked my ram on memtest86 and everything is fine, i also checked my 850w psu and it doesnt even reaches 600w on maximum use. I only had this problem after a BIOS update

Then contact your motherboard/system manufacturer regarding THEIR bios.
