I7-2600 Operating Temp

I recently upgraded my RAM to 16GB. Su8bsiquently, I receive frequent processor Temp warnings. They advise processor temp is 72c. This is on an Asus P8Z68-V board. Should I be concerned and if so, what would be a recommended solution to this issue?

• You have the latest BIOS.
• The max RAM speed is DDR3 @1333 MHz.
• The memory that you installed is compatible with the motherboard.
