I have an 11700kf in a b560 board and cannot change any ICCMAX settings. When I try, I get a window that says there was an ICCMAX ERROR. It does this for the processor core, cache and system agent ICCMAX settings.
I also cannot adjust the frequency, not sure if that's because of my chipset or related to this issue.
Virtual machine platform and hypervisor (hyper-v?) are unchecked in windows features.
