I am writing to inquiry the Xeon Silver 4114 processor. What is the generation of the INTEL® XEON® SILVER 4114 ?

Is it 8th or 9th generation ?

According to ARK, this processor is a Skylake family processor released in 2017. I conclude that this makes it a 7th generation processor.

The Intel® Xeon® Silver 4114 Processor is part of the first generation of the Xeon scalable processors.

There is also a second generation of Xeon scalable processors:

The 7th, 8th generations are part of the Intel(R) Core processor, not the Xeons.
