Is there a tool or generate SATA TX patterns to conduct the compliance measurements with Intel Icelake-D HCC SoC?
Intel PLEVT is not supported, Intel IO Margin Tool does not support On-Target configuration...
Thank you.
Best regards
Pavel

Hello Dean R.
I need to perform SATA TX measurements on the HSIO pairs configured to SATA ports. In the Intel documentation I have found that this can be done using Intel IO Margin Tool. There are two possibilities to run this tool: Host Mode or On Target Mode. For the Host Mode XDP is needed (which I don't have) and On Target Mode is not supported. This is valid for Windows version. Linux version supports just Margin test (so, not the Signal Quality & Compliance option). Other tools which Intel used in the past like PLEVT, PhyTune are not supported. Target processor is Intel Xeon D-2700.
Best regards
Pavel
