Hi team,
I'm writing here as I didn't get any help over on the intel subreddit.
I purchased an i9 14900kf earlier in the year and was hit with the system stability issue. I have updated my motherboard (Gigabyte - GA-Z790 AORUS ELITE X AX UPC) to the latest bios version, which includes the microcode fix 0x12B.
My issue is that the latest update seems to have made things way more unstable, games keep crashing, especially unreal engine games and Tarkov for example. My web browser keeps erroring out constantly, giving me a STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION error. I've also had a few BSOD but nothing too frequent.
I also just used the intel processor diagnostic tool and confusingly, I passed all of the tests :S
Aside from the bios update, I've also updated all of my drivers etc. but is there anything else I can do to try and improve stability or should I just cut my losses and try and get a replacement?
System specs:

Gigabyte - GA-Z790 AORUS ELITE X AX UPC
RTX 3090
64gb ddr5 ram
Windows 10
Couple of ssd's
