Hello,
I opened an RMA for my i9-13900K back in July after experiencing system degredation. Several emails and after verifying I wanted a standard RMA and replacement, on September 1st I received a message verifying I waned to do the standard RMA and replace my CPU with an i9-14900K as they now had stock. I replied that I wanted to do that.
On September 2nd I receieved another email from Intel support asking again what warranty I wanted, Standard or cross shipping, when they already had my processor I sent back for weeks. I again verified I wanted a standard RMA, and asked why I received that email again.
Now in the ticketing system I see my RMA listed as closed as of September 3rd with the status as "Delivered". I never received tracking, let alone a delivery of a CPU.
What the heck is going on with my RMA? It been nearly two months and now my ticket is closed with me being out a CPU, no contact from support as they take days to return emails, and very little confidence now in receiving a resolution.

I am in a similar boat as you. Been a lot of emails, back of forth and many days with not a word. I will send another email after a week and then the response email I get is like they haven't heard from me and following up... I get that email AFTER I sent them a FOLLOW up to THEM! I sent new and better pictures of the CPU and info they said they needed and then nothing back for almost 2 weeks now. Getting to wonder if Intel is trying to sweep all this under the rug.
