Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility unable to start

I donwloaded and installed ntel® Extreme Tuning Utility and then it said "Unable to start ntel® Extreme Tuning Utility. If there is another performance tuning application running, you must close it before trying to start this application"

 

my laptop is ROG Strix G531GV

the processor is Intel Core i7-9750H

 

I've tried insalling and uninstalling, restart the laptop and it keeps said the same thing.

Your processor is not supported by XTU. XTU only supports X and K processors. You have an H processor.

Got any kind of MCE running on the board or any other apps that might be auto tuning/overclocking on the sly in the background?
