I have an older Intel Pentium 4 that has two different specifications etched into the IHS.
Etched to the center of the IHS...
INTEL '03
PENTIUM®4
3.40GHZ/1M/800
SL7J8 CHINA
54268637
and etched off to the side...
3.20GHZ/1M/800
SL8BY CHINA
54268637T
I haven't yet tried to install it in a motherboard.
Has anyone seen this before?

Evidently a common practice with Intel.
See comment photo at bottom of the page link.
