For a possible solution, please try the troubleshooting steps outlined on the link below:


And if the issue still persists, please provide the following information below:


1. What version of XTU are you using?

2. Was the performance core ratio working fine before? If yes, have you made any changes before the issue occurred?

3. Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze your system specifications and configurations. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to Get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
