Intel Turbo Boost does not run

I have just downloaded Intel Turbo Boost and, after installing the INF, which is successfully done, I try to run the .exe but it does not work. I receive a error message saying: "ITBM Driver Not Available Exiting application". What can I do to make it work?

PS: I did restart my PC after installing the INF. My PC is i7 4770 GHz 3.40.
