Hello everyone,

I have a problem with Intel eXtreme Tuning Utility. The sections for undervolt are grey.
I would like to undervolt my CPU intel i9 13980hx to have less heat.
My pc is MSI Vector 17 A13VHG BIOS version “E17S1IMS.90F”.
My operating system is Windows 11 Professional Version 24H2.
I disabled undervolt protection on my bios but it didn't work.
I would like to find a solution to this problem.

Thanks

Hi @Sheep999 ,

I highly advise you to contact your system manufacturer. The only way to use this software is to disable UVP in BIOS, which you already did. If it does not work, my last recommendation is to coordinate with the motherboard manufacturer to see if there's an alternative way to bypass these configurations in BIOS. I have attached a helpful article that explains this issue and the reason why you need to contact the laptop manufacturer.
