Intel Z2580 have bios or bootloader

My Z2580 has bootloader
But in dell venue 8 pro it has bios

How it possible?
If ot possible. Tell me how i can replace bootloader by bios?

The Z2580 is a processor.  The device has the bios.

The bootloader is how the OS gets loaded.

The bios comes from the device manufacturer.

For questions about a device bios, contact the manufacturer.

In my opinion, your query makes no sense.
