Whenever I try to use Unreal Engine or try to create a project and run it crashes, I don't think it's the pc spec because I am currently using
Intel i9 14gen processor along with RTX 4060 and 32 GB ram and engine installed in ssd, still every time I try to open it, it crashes. I have been facing this problem for the last 2 months, and I have come to know one thing that the error it is showing me is
Failed to load winpixgpucapture.dll
I don't understand what it means. I need some help. I have also tried reinstalling it multiple times and multiple versions i also tried formatting my C drive where Windows is installed and reinstalling Windows. I even tried it in win 11 and in Windows 1,0, crashing in both. Help me please

Try to run a prime95 test and check if your PC fails it. If so, your CPU may be defective due to Intel.

Based on the error you are seeing - Failed to load winpixgpucapture.dll - this is more likely to be an Unreal Engine issue rather than anything to do with the CPU. You could try asking in the UE Developers Forum that can be found here .
