So I have had this cpu for less then a year (I got this pc last september) and the cpu's performance seems to be getting worse over time. My PC seems to freeze and shut off at random times when playing games that are cpu intensive. Even browsing the web can be a struggle for my pc. I have also realized that my cpu seems to be drawing a lot of power and getting really hot when surfing the web. (Example is shown below)
The 0x12b and 0x129 microcode hasn't seem to done anything besides make my cpu run hotter and Acer(my pc's manufacturer) hasn't posted the new 0x12f microcode even though other pre-buit companies has. Does anyone have a fix for this issue.

Acer say that your Acer Predator Orion 3000 has a 12 month warranty. You are still within the warranty period and should contact Acer Support for a warranty repair or replacement.

Unfortunately I am unable to submit an RMA as my cpu is from an acer prebuilt which I bought at costco.

Yes you can close the thread,
I was just upset about acer not releasing a microcode fix even after 3 months and every motherboard manufactuer has posted a fix.
Is there anyway that someone from intel would be able to ask acer about the microcode 0x12f as their customer support does not have an answer. I will probably be sending my PC back to acer for repairs.
