Is Intel Xeon E5640 considered a Multi-Chip Module?

Hello Intel Community!

We are going through Oracle licensing and trying to get clarification if these processors, Xeon E5640, are in fact Multi-Chip Modules?

Is this something an Intel representative could answer?
