Is it known when will be available in the atom processors x7-z8700 and followers the amt/vpro feature?

The Intel® Atom™ x7 Processor Series were released on the 1 quarter of 2015. The next generation might be available in 1 or 2 years.

So 1 year wait time for iAMT/vPRO...OK. And what about for Hyper-threathing in Atom processors family? It seems a little bit strange to fit 4 cores in a chip without something that was really very well known in "old technology"

Well sir, these processors are intended for small mobile devices, fanless with an air flow limitation. Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology increases processor (system) temperature. Also, this type of devices handle few applications at the same time.
