Is my computer getting to hot? It had randomly shut down 2 time before now? I don't want it to happen again... I didn't have a cooling pad on it because I was trying to see if I didn't have to use it... I noticed this time that computer went up to 81 %? is this normal? I was saving a video and had a lot of tabs open? How can I prevent it from shutting down again when I am working? Also I have a Toshiba Satellite Radius P55W that has Intel Core i5.

Hi Dvff95,
Thank you for contacting Intel. I have moved your post to our processor support group for assistance.
Sincerely,
Sandy

Hi Dvff95,
Could you please provide more information to better assist you?
The model of your PC (windows key + R type msinfo32, hit enter and look for system model):
Intel Processor model (can be found in window given in previous step):
When did it start?
Have you added new hardware to your system?
Is the fan of your computing working?
Are the exhaust vents of the laptop unobstructed?
Have you cleaned the computer recently?
Regards,
Hellen.
