Hello,
I need to take notes for my study in class, and a notebook or a laptop is cumbersome, so I was thinking in a tablet. Unfortunately, I tried some of them in the stores and they do not allow to install mind mapping software that runs in Java platform: the brain or xmind.
I wonder if someone knows about a tablet with the latest Intel Medfield mobil processor than can runs a light Linux with the standard x86 kernel, so it can run Java and mind mapping software, because Android is very limited, even Android 4.
Best regards
joejac

I would suggest checking with any of the Authorized Intel® Distributors to see if they sell something that complies with your requirements.
You can find a list of Authorized Intel® Distributors at:

Or you can contact directly the tablet manufacturer to see if they have something to suggest you.
