Memory Stress Test

Hi All

 

Intel 14700k new build. Memory G Skrill ddr5 7800. Win 11 pro.

When I stress test my memory using extreme tuning utility ( nothing clocked at all) after about 2 mins it will show CPU Thermal Throttled several times. Anybody got any idea's?

Just to mention when CPU is stress tested, passes with flying colours.

Memory stress test uses alot of energy, thermal throttling is normal if you do not set a TDP limit.
