Moving Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 from Dell Studio 1535 to Studio 1555 ??

Just wanted to know how difficult and risky is it to move my cpu (Intel Core Duo 2 T9300) from my Dell Studio 1535 to the board of a Dell Studio 1555.

Do they have the same socket? How difficult and long will that be? What is needed to do after physically installing the chip?

(The studio 1555 originally had a core 2 duo T6500)

In the past I have replaced hardware in desktop and laptop, but never played with CPU. This will be my first time

You need to contact the laptop manufacturer, in this case DELL*, and ask them if that processor is fully compatible with your particular laptop system.
