My 8700k has a black dot on the IHS?

Small inquiry, I purchased my processor from Ebay and it has a black dot on the IHS? I do not have all the parts yet so I do not know if I got a legitimate product, I can't help but feel a little anxious as it is the first system I'll be building.

If you have concerns after purchasing a processor from a seller on that auction site, return it and go to a reputable retailer.
