I am not a linux person, but I would assume you would want to run 64-bit linux. So download amd64.

You should be aware, that since I am not a linux person, I could be wrong. But, since you only have two choices, I have a 50% chance of being correct.

Definitely 64-bit. It's much more efficient, not to mention that most Linux distributions are dropping support for 32-bit.
