My computer restarts when the intel processor diagnostic tool gets to the CPU stress test.

I am running Intel Core i7 4791k @4.00Ghz. Core voltage is 1.396V. Core speed 4389.52 MHz. Motherboard manufacturer is Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd model Z97X-UD5H. BIOS Brand is American Megatrends Inc version F6.

Hello Noghom,

I am sorry you are having this problem but let me help you.

There are some troubleshooting steps I would like you to do.

1. Make sure the motherboard BIOS is up to date.
2. Test the system on minimum configuration. This means disconnecting all secondary devices such as ODD, use just 1 memory stick, no video cards, etc…
3. Is it possible to test another processor on this system or test the processor in mention on another computer?
