My notebook, for some reason, stopped processing at its normal speed, which is 2.50GHz, and is processing at a speed of 1.15GHz. What do I do?

Hello Murilo_Barbosa,

My apologies for the inconvenience.

In order to address this matter, I would like to ask a couple of questions that will help to have a better look at this behavior, please respond the questions below.

  • When did the issue start?
  • Is the frequency stock at 1.15GHz at all times?
  • What is your computer model?
  • What is the BIOS version installed?

Regards,

Amy C.
