I have Windows 11 installed on my Intel NUC7PJYHN. In Device Manager I see an Unknown Device with Hardware Id "PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&SUBSYS_20728086&REV_01" and Problem status "There are no compatible drivers available for this device.". This appears to be the Realtek RTS522A PCI Express Card Reader. Where can I find the correct driver for this device?

First try disabling and then enabling the device.

If that does not work the Card Reader Solutions > Card Reader Controllers Software section of the Realtek web site offers a PCIE card reader driver for Win10 and Win11 that can be found here.

The download consists of a setup.exe file plus a series of supporting files. There is no documentation. This is a generic driver so it is possible that it won't work because the original driver was customised for your Intel/ASUS NUC.

Disabling and then enabling the device does not help. The PCIE card reader driver for Win10 and Win11 from Realtek did resolve the problem. The device is now working correctly in device manager.
