Need XHCI Root Hub Drivers

Just installed a USB PCIE 4 Port card in my IBM MT-M8141 Desktop. Card drivers are fine but the Root Hub is not installed with an Error Code 28. Are specific or generic drivers available for this situation? They were not located on the install disc. This may not be the correct place to post this but it was as close as I could find. Thanks!!

What operating system and version? Windows 10, version 1909?

What is your processor model number?

I tried installing the software you sent me yesterday and it said "the system did not meet the minimum requirement to install". Let me know if you have any other suggestions or if we are at the end of the road. Many thanks for all your help so far!! BOBBY

I ran a "repair" program for the drivers and it ran successfully. After that, the drive was visible. We will see if it continues to work but presently, all is now well!! Thanks, Al, for all your help!! Bobby
