Hi Intel Community!!

I am doing a college assignment of my Intel Core i7-14700HX, Raptor Lake proccessor.

My homework says to get the information from wikichip.org, but I can't find anything.

I need to know the number of FPUs (vector units) of my processor.

There's an example on my homework, that used wikichip.org:

Intel® Core™ i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz, Skylake
FPU units (vector): 2 Add, 2 Mul y 2 FMA

I need it soon so I can do my task.

Thank you for your help!

Try checking this slides: https://download.intel.com/newsroom/2021/client-computing/intel-architecture-day-2021-presentation.pdf

The Raptor Lake architecture is a hybrid, using Raptor Cove and Gracemont cores. Raptor Cove is basically the same as Golden Cove, just a bit more cache and frequency, so you could use this to solve it.
Don't get the FMAs wrong, your processor has 2 (the one that appears in the slides labeled as 512 is only for the data center series, the HX series doesn't support it). As for the vectorial units, there would be 3 VALUs, and you could also add the 2 FADDs and the FDIV, as all of them are in the vectorial engine.

Hope this helps you.
