Problem I7-2600

I have a computer whose temperature rises to 65% without load.
The processor is fanless from the beginning
Processor usage reaches more than 90%.

That processor is almost 14-years-old.  make sure you case fans are working and there is adequate ventilation.

Maybe it is hyper threading (enable)
that is the reason

Was hyper-threading on before the problem occured?

You are seeing 93c while running only BIOS? Your processor is roasting. You have inadequate cooling.

What do you mean by "The processor is fanless from the beginning"? Unless you have a special chassis - which you obviously don't - a heatsink and cooling fan is an absolute requirement for this processor.
