Problem with online warranty, System unavailable

I try to open a warranty claim online for my cpu but after i wrote all my information and i click on the submit button the web page say the the system is unavailable.

Is there an eta on this problem or is there another way to send my warranty, English is not my first language so trying to do that on the phone will be a pain in the ass for me.

When you get into that site, choose processors on product type, and you will get the options to get in contact with us through phone, chat or online request.

 

 

If your first language is not English, if you choose chat support, you will be able to get support in any type of language, because chat provides a world wide support.
