Sandy Bridge, Quicksync and Switchable Graphics

Hello all, I've recently picked up an HP DV6TQE with a Sandy Bridge 2630QM and Radeon 6770. It has switchable graphics that allows me to switch between the discreet and the IGP 3000. Is Quicksync enabled when I'm on the IGP 3000?
